The General Assembly’s Judiciary Committee heard public testimony about the Trust Act on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025.

This is why the ACLU of Connecticut urges our lawmakers to strengthen the Trust Act with the proposed amendments offered by the Trust Act Now Coalition, composed of the Connecticut Immigrant Support Network, the ACLU of Connecticut, the Yale WIRAC Clinic, and other community organizations.
