H.B. 7285: An Act Concerning Complaints that Allege Misconduct by Law Enforcement Personnel

A 2017 report by the ACLU-CT found widespread problems in Connecticut’s system for handling complaints of police misconduct. This bill recognizes those problems, and could be strengthened to fix them.
