HARTFORD — On Tuesday night, a person was shot and killed when a Bridgeport police officer fired his or her weapon at the moving car the person was driving. Police also shot and injured the car’s passenger, 21-year-old Julian Fyffe.
HARTFORD — The ACLU of Connecticut today filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOI) request of all Connecticut police departments related to alternative studies of police traffic stop data.
PORTLAND - The ACLU of Connecticut, ACLU of Maine and four other New England ACLU affiliates today filed a lawsuit demanding government documents about the on-the-ground implementation of President Trump’s Muslim bans.
