Grace Sinnott joined the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut (ACLU-CT) in 2016, where her responsibilities include coordinating the busy legal department’s correspondence and court filings and assisting attorneys with legal research. Prior to joining the ACLU-CT staff, Grace volunteered with the organization by participating in community outreach, lobbying, and public protests, and she worked as a paralegal for a local law firm. Her legal interests include the separation of church and state, women’s rights, and racial justice, and she is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in paralegal studies from the University of Hartford.
