The ACLU of CT supports a resolution for a constitutional amendment we call The Equality Amendment. Passing S.J. No. 35 would add a question to your 2026 midterm election ballot that — if it passed with a majority of the votes — would enshrine the right to reproductive care, abortion care, and gender-affirming care in the state constitution.
