Téylor Uba-Oyibo joined the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut in 2015 and serves as the organization's donor relations manager. Her primary responsibilities include supporting the development and advocacy teams through donor outreach, research, and database maintenance. Téylor received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia and completed coursework in the paralegal certification program through the University of Connecticut. Prior to joining the ACLU-CT, Téylor worked in administrative and project management roles with Capital One Financial, Estée Lauder, and FedEx Office, and she served as Treasurer of the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation’s Young Leadership Board. In addition to possessing a keen eye for detail, Téylor is a dedicated advocate for civil liberties and justice for all, particularly in the fields of racial justice and women’s rights.
